Reflecting on a Year of Power Partnering: Strengthening Cybersecurity together with Microsoft
A year of power partnering
As 2024 is ending, it’s a great moment to reflect on a year filled with significant milestones in our journey alongside Microsoft. This year, we’ve set out four of our values as guiding principle for our partnership: persistence, ambition, passion, and proactivity. Internally, we even dubbed 2024 as The Year of Power Partnering. Read on to find out if we delivered.
MISA Awards and RSA in San Francisco
In May, we were honored to receive the Endpoint Management Trailblazer MISA Excellence Award just the night before the RSA Security Conference in San Francisco. MISA, the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association, is a worldwide strategic alliance of leading cybersecurity partners collaborating to enhance security solutions integrated with Microsoft’s technology. It brings together top-tier organizations to help organizations strengthen their defenses and better protect against evolving cyber threats. Being recognized within this alliance of outstanding partners reflects the dedication and hard work our team has put in. While extremely humbled by the acknowledgment, we are looking at it as a motivation to increase our efforts even further. We are more excited than ever to continue building on this momentum and contribute to the ongoing progress in the cybersecurity industry.
Strengthening Local Bonds to Provide More Customer Value
On the other side of the great pond, here in our home markets of Austria and Germany, we doubled down on an even closer alignment with local stakeholders to bring more value to our customers. Domestic initiatives included account mappings, our first in-person roundtables (more on this in a separate blog post), and joint high-end video formats on Entra Suite, Security Copilot, and Sentinel Mythbusting. Through active speaker slots at numerous cyber security events such as Microsoft Secure in Vienna, we showcased our expertise while continuing to learn and maturing ourselves. More recently, in October, we were invited to be a featured partner on the official Microsoft booth at Germany’s largest cybersecurity fair, it-sa Expo&Congress Nuremberg, where we stood side-by-side with the Microsoft experts and other partners. Cybersecurity is a team sport after all, and it is truly better to be in this together.
Looking Ahead with Excitement: Microsoft Ignite Sets the Stage for 2025
During Microsoft Ignite, for a couple of November days, Chicago become the nucleus of the Microsoft partner and customer ecosystem. The company took the stage one more time to proof why they are rightfully considered the leading provider of cybersecurity solutions. On a personal note, what made Ignite incredibly valuable were the personal touchpoints. Whether it being Microsoft expert sessions, MVPs, other partners on the expo floor or even end customers: Microsoft Ignite truly is the place to be for networking and exchanging ideas.
With Microsoft’s latest efforts around artificial intelligence and data security, we couldn’t be more excited for 2025. Looking ahead, we are thrilled about integrating these solutions even deeper into our portfolio while preparing for growing demands. Here’s to another year of securing the digital world - together!
